새만금개발청에서는 생성형 AI 기술을 활용하여 새만금의 미래도시 비전을 창의적으로 표현하는「2026 새만금 AI 영상 공모전」을 개최합니다.
로봇, 수소 등 첨단산업이 만들어갈 새만금의 미래를 여러분의 상상력과 AI 기술로 표현해주세요.

1. 공모 주제

AI가 상상한 로봇, 수소 등 첨단산업의 새만금 미래도시

※ 사회적 통념과 미풍양속을 해치지 않는 주제로 제한됩니다.
※ 응모작은 타 공모전에 출품하거나 수상한 이력이 없는 본인 순수 창작물이어야 합니다.

2. 공모 형식

광고, 드라마, 애니메이션, 영화, 뮤직비디오 등 형식 제한 없음

3. 작품 규격

• 권장 규격: FHD 1080×1920
• 파일 형식: MP4
• 영상 형태: 세로 영상
• 제작 기기: 제한 없음

4. 응모 자격

국적에 관계없이 누구나 참여 가능
※ 개인 또는 팀 참가 가능

5. 접수 기간

2026년 5월 18일(월) ~ 6월 7일(일)

7. 시상 내역

총 상금 300만 원

• 최우수상: 1명 × 150만 원
• 우수상: 2명 × 50만 원
• 장려상: 5명 × 10만 원

8. 접수 방법

9. 영상 제출 방법

영상 파일은 개인 온라인 저장 공간에 업로드 후 공유 URL을 제출해주시기 바랍니다.

※ 제출 가능 예시: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, YouTube 일부 공개 링크 등
※ 공유 링크는 반드시 ‘링크가 있는 사용자 열람 가능’ 또는 ‘공유 허용’ 상태로 설정해야 합니다.
※ 심사 기간 중 영상에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 사전 고지 없이 심사 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다.

10. AI 제작 고지 문구 삽입

출품 영상의 시작 또는 종료 시 아래 문구를 삽입해야 합니다.

“본 영상은 「2026 새만금 AI 영상 공모전」 출품작으로, 생성형 AI 기술을 활용해 제작되었습니다.”

※ 해당 문구는 영상 시작 또는 종료 장면 하단에 식별 가능하도록 삽입해야 합니다.

11. 유의사항

※ 본 공모전은 생성형 AI 기술을 활용한 영상 콘텐츠 공모전이며, 응모작은 응모자가 직접 기획·제작한 순수 창작물이어야 합니다.

• 모든 응모작은 타 공모전에 출품하거나 수상한 이력이 없는 순수 창작물이어야 하며, 공모기간 내 응모자가 직접 기획하고 생성형 AI 도구를 활용하여 제작·편집한 작품이어야 합니다.
• 응모자는 사용한 AI 도구의 이용약관, 저작물 사용 권한, 상업적·비상업적 활용 가능 여부를 반드시 확인해야 하며, 생성형 AI 기반 제작 과정이 확인되지 않는 작품은 심사 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
  ※ 예: 디지털 드로잉, 사진 보정, 기존 영상 단순 편집 등 수작업 기반 작품
• 영상에 사용되는 이미지, 음원, 영상, 폰트, 초상 등 모든 요소는 저작권 및 초상권 문제가 없어야 하며, 사용한 AI 도구와 자료의 출처를 신청서에 명시해야 합니다.
  ※ 예: 이미지 Midjourney 생성 / 음원 Suno AI 생성 / 영상 Runway 생성 / 폰트 배민체 사용
• 응모작과 관련하여 저작권, 초상권, 상표권, 명예훼손, 개인정보 침해 등 분쟁이 발생할 경우 모든 법적 책임은 응모자에게 있습니다.
• 표절, 도용, 무단 사용, 허위 정보 기재, 타 공모전 출품·수상 이력 등 문제가 확인될 경우 심사 제외, 수상 취소 및 상금 환수가 가능합니다.
• 응모작의 저작권은 응모자에게 귀속되며, 수상작에 한하여 주최기관은 새만금개발청 홈페이지, 블로그, SNS, 유튜브, 언론보도, 전시, 행사, 홍보물, 출판물 등 온·오프라인 홍보 콘텐츠로 활용할 수 있습니다.
• 팀 참가 시 대표자가 작성 및 동의한 내용은 모든 팀원이 동의한 것으로 간주하며, 수상 시 상장과 상금은 대표자에게 지급합니다.
• 동일인 또는 동일 팀의 중복 수상은 제한될 수 있으며, 수상자의 정보 오기재 또는 연락 불가로 인한 불이익은 응모자 본인에게 있습니다.
• 심사 결과에 따라 수상 작품 수가 조정되거나 수상작이 없을 수 있으며, 심사 내용은 공개하지 않습니다.
• 공모 일정 및 세부 내용은 주최기관 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 제출된 작품 및 관련 서류는 반환하지 않습니다.
• 사회적 통념과 미풍양속을 해치거나 차별·혐오·폭력·선정성·역사왜곡·허위정보 등이 포함된 작품은 심사 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다.

Announcement of the 2026 Saemangeum AI Video Contest
 

The Saemangeum Development Agency is hosting the 2026 Saemangeum AI Video Contest, inviting participants to creatively express Saemangeum’s vision as a future city using generative AI technology.

Show us Saemangeum’s future shaped by advanced industries such as robotics and hydrogen through your imagination and AI technology.

2. Contest Format

There are no restrictions on format, including advertisements, dramas, animations, films, music videos, and more.

3. Work Specifications

Recommended resolution: FHD 1080×1920

File format: MP4

Video format: Vertical video

Production device: No restrictions

4. Eligibility

Anyone may participate regardless of nationality.

※ Individual or team participation is allowed.

5. Submission Period

Monday, May 18, 2026 – Sunday, June 7, 2026

Friday, June 26, 2026

7. Awards

Total prize money: KRW 3,000,000

Grand Prize: 1 winner × KRW 1,500,000

Excellence Award: 2 winners × KRW 500,000

8. How to Submit

Submit by email to the contest manager.

Required submissions: Application form, original video, and clean video

Email subject: Video Title_Name or Team Name

9. Video Submission Method

Please upload the video file to your personal online storage space and submit the shared URL.

※ Acceptable examples: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, YouTube unlisted link, etc.

※ The shared link must be set to “Anyone with the link can view” or otherwise allow access.

※ If the video cannot be accessed during the evaluation period, it may be excluded from evaluation without prior notice.

10. Insertion of AI Production Notice

The following notice must be inserted at the beginning or end of the submitted video.

“This video is an entry for the 2026 Saemangeum AI Video Contest and was created using generative AI technology.”

※ The notice must be inserted at the bottom of the opening or closing scene of the video in a clearly identifiable manner.

11. Notes

※ This contest is for video content created using generative AI technology, and submitted works must be original creations directly planned and produced by the applicant.

- All submitted works must be original creations that have not been submitted to or awarded in any other contest. They must be works planned by the applicant during the contest period and created/edited using generative AI tools.

- Applicants must verify the terms of use of the AI tools used, rights to use the works, and whether they may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Works whose generative AI-based production process cannot be verified may be excluded from evaluation.
※ Examples: Manually created works such as digital drawings, photo retouching, or simple editing of existing videos

- All elements used in the video, including images, music, videos, fonts, and portraits, must not infringe on copyrights or portrait rights. The AI tools and sources of materials used must be clearly stated in the application form.
※ Examples: Image generated with Midjourney / Music generated with Suno AI / Video generated with Runway / Font used: Baemin Font

- In the event of any disputes related to the submitted work, including copyright, portrait rights, trademark rights, defamation, or infringement of personal information, the applicant shall bear all legal responsibility.

- If issues such as plagiarism, unauthorized use, false information, or prior submission to or award from another contest are confirmed, the work may be excluded from evaluation, the award may be revoked, and the prize money may be reclaimed.

- The copyright of the submitted work shall belong to the applicant. However, for winning works, the host organization may use them as online and offline promotional content, including on the Saemangeum Development Agency website, blog, SNS, YouTube, press releases, exhibitions, events, promotional materials, and publications.

- In the case of team participation, the contents completed and agreed to by the team representative shall be deemed to have been agreed to by all team members. In the event of winning, the certificate and prize money shall be awarded to the team representative.

- Duplicate awards for the same individual or team may be restricted. Any disadvantages caused by incorrect information provided by the winner or failure to make contact shall be the responsibility of the applicant.

- Depending on the evaluation results, the number of winning works may be adjusted, or no winning works may be selected. The details of the evaluation will not be disclosed.

- The contest schedule and details may be subject to change depending on the circumstances of the host organization, and submitted works and related documents will not be returned.

- Works that undermine social norms and public morals, or contain discrimination, hate, violence, obscenity, historical distortion, false information, or similar content may be excluded from evaluation.
